Coaching
Coaching is an co-active process of inquiry and challenging to clarify vision, understand one's personal process, help with accountability and look to create building blocks of successes. A great coach knows how to best ask questions so the client discovers their own answers. The best pure coaching can have the Coach NOT knowing a thing about what the client does.
Mentoring
Mentoring is less structured, and is more likely to be in alignment with the client's profession. A Mentor is in between a Coach and a Consultant and offers wisdom and experience about the challenges and dilemmas of doing a job and helps through stories, tips and ideas about the specific profession.
Consulting
Consulting is bringing tangible expertise, solutions and sometimes action plans to an individual or company. Consultants create structures, teams, work flows and makes recommendations for change. In out arena we most often deal with Organizational Development consultants.
We do all three, mostly Coaching, some mentoring and a very small amount of straight consulting. We take clients pursuant to taking a workshop and we limit our client load, however we have dozens of great referrals to some of the best boutique Consultants in the world! We also create teams when necessary to best serve your needs.
