Teachers
A group of teachers reported significant improvement in meetings with other teachers and curriculum advisers. They also found themselves being stronger with the dreaded "school board budgeting people"! The surprise gift they realized was a much keener insight into the motivations and problems of their students.
Construction Managers
A Construction company sent 30 site superintendents and project managers. Most of the men came up through the ranks and initially this challenging group of men said they didn't get much from the program. We received an unsolicited letter six months later. Senior management reported a lower turnover rate and a large increase in billable extras (year over year average for $100K of construction). They also noticed a dramatic increase in positive attitudes from architects, engineers and building inspectors. Those professionals found the men more receptive, cooperative and far more efficient completing critical paperwork.
Couples
Many couples attended who were looking for insights into improving their communication. We get glowing reports of better communication, improved ability to deal with children, greater intimacy and patience with life's challenges. Leadership in life shows up in surprising ways!
Workshop Enthusiasts
Some veteran workshop participants reported the experience allowed them to make sense of some of more expensive workshops that had done previously. They found their discoveries much more applicable to their daily lives.

People get what they need, not what we want them to learn. The nature of so much teaching today lays out a script and requires learning a certain body of information. Leadership taught like that creates clones and robots or oddly enough, yes-men and tyrants.

We've read them and reading how to do it and why it came to be like that ... It's hard to separate what's real from theory... Whatever… we just do it!

So how does a woman show up powerfully without becoming the "bitch" or a "ball-buster"? What's the secret to walking in strong confident female energy?

GFTR Leadership Intensive
I hired my first employee when I was 12 years old. I took time-out to be a kid, a hippy, a musician, a University student and a football player. From 12 years old until today at 51 years old, I've always owned a business. The largest had more than 2500 employees and several projects which expanded my workforce to 5,000.
Kai has been in academics in various leadership positions and in business for himself for over 20 years. Besides earning a PH.D., his passion has been training MBA candidates
Between the two of us we have almost 60 years of Leadership experience. The last 10 years we both became involved in specific advanced Leadership Training models and training methods.
